Debbie Tretheway Bio

    Becoming a longtime South Bay resident, including Manhattan Beach, the Riviera and Palos Verdes, bolstered my appreciation for the unique characteristics of residential real estate.  My passion for real estate began while achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration~Finance in 1991 from California State University Northridge and earning a place in the Blue Key National Honor Society.  Attaining my Real Estate Salesperson's License was paramount in achieving success in my professional endeavors.  The support of my loving husband and wonderful sons inspires me to challenge myself both personally and professionally.  My accomplishments are a direct result of the satisfaction and success of each and every client.
